Our Physical Store is located at 146 Ippokratous Athens, 11472, Attica. <\/span>At the Physical Store, payment can be made in cash even upon receipt of your order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 Orders over \u20ac 500<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the current Greek Legislation ( <\/span><\/span>Law 4172\/2013, Article 23<\/span><\/span><\/a> ) orders that will be executed with documents with a final value of \u20ac 500 and over, must be paid either by Bank Deposit to our Bank Account, or by Credit \/ Debit Card during submission Online Order through our Online Store (E-shop).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cash on delivery<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is possible to pay for your order upon Delivery within Attica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

After confirming the availability and correctness of your order with a representative of the sales department, you can proceed to the deposit of the final amount for the shipment of your order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3 <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>.3 Bank Transaction Execution Update<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

After the transfer of money, it is your obligation to inform us about the execution of the transfer of the amount either by phone or by e-mail.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The reason for deposit should be the number (or numbers in case of multiple orders) of the online order you placed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3 <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>.4 Shipping <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>Products<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The product or products are shipped within 2-3 working days. <\/span>From the repayment of the amount of their value.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since the company Terzi Anna (Ntemonte) does not commit products for unpaid electronic orders in which the “Bank Deposit” has been selected as the method of payment, it reserves the right of unilateral cancellation in case it is not informed by the customer about the execution of the bank deposit within 5 working days from the submission of the order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In interbank Transactions (deposit in our Bank Account from a different bank) the costs are borne entirely by the principal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The order will be executed on the day the money appears in our Bank Account.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Physical Store is located at 146 Ippokratous Athens, 11471, Attica. <\/span>Payment can be made at the Physical Store using a Credit \/ Debit Card, even upon receipt of your order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4 <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>.2 Credit \/ Debit Card with PIN<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

For collection from the store, the holder of the Credit \/ Debit Card must simply present his \/ her Credit \/ Debit Card if he \/ she has a PIN.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4 <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>.3 Credit \/ Debit Card with PIN<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

In case the Credit \/ Debit Card does not have a PIN, the holder will need to provide his \/ her ID.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4 <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong>.4 Corporate Credit \/ Debit Card<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

In case the Order is made on behalf of the Company, the Credit \/ Debit Card must be corporate and the Company Name or Distinctive Title must be written on it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
