1 Shipping and Delivery Methods – Delivery Time
1.1 Collection from the Physical Store
It concerns the receipt of products from our physical store located at 146 Ippokratous Street, Athens, area 11472
1.2 Arrangement before Receipt
To pick up your order from our physical store, you must first have contacted a representative of our company’s sales department, to confirm the correctness and availability of your order.
1.2 Extra Time for Receipt
In addition, for orders that need processing to be executed (eg modification by arrangement, application of protective material, etc.) you must be informed of the exact time that they will be available and you can pick them up.
1.3 Days and Hours of Receipts from the Physical Store
Receipts of orders from our physical store are made on working days and hours as shown in the lower left part of the Website, where the operating hours per day are listed in detail.
2 Shipping Products within Attica
2.1 Shipping Method
Our company undertakes the shipment of the products with a cooperating transport company.
2.2 Product Insurance
All products are sent after relevant insurance, at a cost which is borne by the customer after consultation.

Details:
- The prices include VAT.
- The table contains indicative values for some of the areas where shipments are made. The exact cost of shipping varies depending on the specific dimensions and weight of the products. To calculate the shipping cost of an order, the volume of the selected products and the weight are calculated. The final calculation of shipping costs is made by the number that prevails (ie weight or volume).
- The prices are always valid for the receipt of the products from the agency of the respective transport company. The shipment to another place, apart from the agency, is made after consultation with the transport company and may have an additional charge.
- The charge for the delivery of the goods to the transport amounts to
- From 5 € to 20 € depending on the volume and weight of the goods
Additional protective equipment is applied to the products such as boxes, styrofoam protectors, Air Bubble Film, etc.).
4 Shipments of Products by Customer Shipping
4.1 Choice of Transport Company
The customer has the opportunity to receive his order, with his own Transport Company.
The arrangement for the receipt should be done entirely by the customer, the working days and hours that are at the bottom left of our website.
4.2 Shipping Costs
The customer must have discounted the relevant transport costs, in direct consultation with the respective Transport Company.
4. 3 Mission Preparation
A necessary condition is our timely and valid information, so that we have taken all the necessary actions that are appropriate for us.
In the event that the Transport Company comes to our physical store, without prior notice and the products have not been properly prepared (based on our actions), it may not receive the order immediately. In any case, any delay or redefinition of receipt, incurs a financial burden, should be fully covered by the customer.
5 Damage during the Transport of the Products to the Customer
5.1 Sending an Order without Relevant Insurance
In case the customer has chosen to receive his products without insurance or with his own Transport Company, he is not entitled to any restitution claim from our company. He should seek compensation from the respective Transport Company without our mediation.
5.2 Sending an Order with Relevant Insurance
In the event that upon delivery of your order by the respective Transport Company, you notice obvious damage to the product or packaging (eg holes, creases, frayed membranes, violated safety tapes) proceed to refusal of receipt and contact its sales department our company directly.
In case you receive the package, you declare that you receive it unconditionally and the courier company disclaims any responsibility for causing damage to your package.
Then our company is committed to take all necessary steps to restore the customer.
6 Delivery Time
The shipments of the orders are made on the days and hours set by the respective Transport Company, given the availability of the products.
Any order placed after the shipping time provided by the respective Transport Company, will be executed on the next possible date, given the availability of the products.
For the exact delivery times of your orders, you should contact the respective Transport Companies, using the number of the legal document that accompanies your order or the ticket number issued by the respective transport company.
7 Orders over € 500
Pursuant to the current Greek Legislation ( Law 4172/2013, Article 23 ) orders that will be executed with documents with a final value of € 500 and over, must be paid either by Bank Deposit to our Bank Account, or by Credit / Debit Card during submission Online Order through our Online Store (E-shop).
